Turnkey renovation by KyivReno in Kyiv is a full cycle of works — from bare walls to a fully finished home where all that's left is to move the furniture in. The package covers site measurements and the estimate, demolition of old surfaces and partitions, layout changes per an approved plan, electrical wiring and plumbing rough-in, screed and underfloor heating, plastering and painting, tiling, door installation, fixture mounting, and appliance hookup.
We work only with complete apartments and houses — we don't take on stand-alone bathrooms or kitchens outside a full renovation. That lets us coordinate every stage on a single schedule and stay accountable for the result at each node, not just an isolated section.
How turnkey renovation runs: stages and control
After a free engineer visit to your property, you receive a detailed estimate with a fixed price within 3–5 days. Work then proceeds in sequence: demolition and layout changes, rough engineering systems (electrical, plumbing, heating), screed and waterproofing of wet areas, wall and ceiling plaster, tiling, final painting, door, fixture, and appliance installation, then a final clean and handover.
A site supervisor coordinates every crew — electricians, plumbers, tilers, and painters — on a single schedule, while an independent quality inspector verifies concealed work before close-up and hands you a photo report. This multi-level control rules out rework once services are already hidden in the walls and screed, and keeps the project within the agreed timeline.
Every project is assigned a personal manager who keeps you posted on progress, agrees any estimate changes in writing, and stays in touch from the first contact to key handover. This removes the usual renovation risks: surprise charges, rework after concealed stages, and blurred responsibility between separate contractors.

We offer three finish levels so you can match the scope to your budget:
- Standard — from 17,900 UAH/m²: a reliable base with quality materials, typically 3–4 months.
- Comfort — from 26,200 UAH/m²: upgraded materials and considered ergonomics, 4–5 months.
- Premium — from 37,200 UAH/m²: bespoke design solutions and top-tier materials.
The per-square-metre rate includes labour and core construction materials — plaster, screed, cable, pipes, and fasteners. Fixed price and 1-year warranty
The contract amount is locked before work begins and doesn't change even if market material prices rise. The only scenario that adjusts the cost is additional work not in the estimate, agreed in writing as a separate addendum. All completed work carries an official 1-year warranty: during that period we fix defects caused by our workmanship at no charge — from plaster cracks to electrical or plumbing issues.
