Renovation of a 36 m² apartment in a new-build in Kyiv — KyivReno completed a full cycle of works from shell condition to turnkey handover. The studio kitchen was fitted with a linear cabinet set featuring matte MDF graphite-coloured facades and a laminated oak-effect splashback panel. The bathroom was tiled with large-format marble-effect porcelain stoneware, complete with a built-in linear drain and a Beko washer-dryer column. A Hager 24-module distribution board split across 16 circuits ensures the safety of the entire electrical network. The balcony was glazed and finished with wood-effect porcelain tiles — a practical solution from specialists with experience since 2014.
