The Design & Supervision package by KyivReno in Kyiv is a complete interior design project for an apartment or house, plus continuous author supervision on site. It is not a loose sketch or a mood board, but a working tool the crews build from while the designer personally makes sure the result matches the approved renders.

The design part covers a designer site visit for precise measurements, a layout plan with furniture and equipment placement, realistic 3D renders of every room, and a full set of working drawings: floor and ceiling plans, wall elevations, and electrical and plumbing schematics. Separately we prepare specifications for finish materials, furniture, lighting, and fixtures — with item codes and supplier names, so procurement can be repeated without mistakes.

The core value of this package is the supervision. A standalone design project ends when the drawings are handed over, after which the client explains the intent to the trades themselves. The design project cost is calculated by area and scope of work, while the renovation part is a separate estimate. The price is fixed in the contract before work begins and does not change without written approval of additional scope. Warranty and quality control

All completed work carries an official 1-year warranty.
