KyivReno offers the Design & Supervision package in Kyiv — a complete interior design project with continuous designer oversight at the construction site. The package includes: a designer site visit for measurements, a layout plan with furniture and equipment placement, realistic 3D renders of every room, a full set of working drawings (floor plans, ceiling plans, wall elevations, electrical and plumbing schematics), finish material selection with item codes and supplier names, and specifications for furniture, lighting, and fixtures. Unlike a standalone design project, the Design & Supervision package keeps the designer present on-site at every critical construction milestone: approving tile layout, verifying color choices under natural light, supervising lighting and furniture installation. The designer coordinates with the site supervisor, resolves non-standard situations on the spot, and ensures the final result matches the approved renders.
