Three turnkey renovation packages for apartments and houses, with labour and core materials included in the per-m² price. Standard (from 17,900 UAH/m²) is a reliable base delivered in 3–4 months. Comfort (from 26,200 UAH/m²) brings upgraded materials and ergonomics in 4–5 months. Premium (from 37,200 UAH/m²) adds an individual design project and the highest level of finish. The estimate is fixed in the contract before work begins.

Our pricing is perfectly transparent: the per m² rate includes all rough work and core construction materials (plaster, pipes, cables). You only pay extra for the finish materials you personally select (tiles, flooring, fixtures). We guarantee zero hidden fees: after a free site visit, you get a detailed estimate. The contract amount stays firmly locked until the project is completed.

What factors affect renovation cost?

Several factors determine renovation cost. First is apartment area — more square meters mean more materials and labor hours. Second is the package tier: Standard from 17,900 UAH/m², Comfort from 26,200 UAH/m², Premium from 37,200 UAH/m². Third is demolition scope. Removing old tile, leveling walls, and tearing down partitions add labor. Fourth is layout changes — moving walls and doorways requires extra materials and permits. Fifth is the number of electrical outlets and plumbing points. Sixth is the grade of finish materials you select.

What is included in the per-square-meter price?

The per-square-meter price covers labor plus core construction materials. Core materials include plaster, paint, waterproofing, floor screed, electrical cable, water pipes, and fasteners. These handle rough work and basic finishing. Finish materials chosen by you — tile, flooring, wallpaper, light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures — are not included. We calculate their cost separately and list it in the estimate. This way you see the full cost picture before signing the contract.

How does payment for renovation work?

Payment is staged and tied to completed work phases. You pay an initial advance that covers core material procurement and demolition start. The next payment comes after rough work: electrical, plumbing, screed, and plastering. A third payment follows wet finishing: waterproofing and tiling. The fourth covers dry finishing: painting, ceilings, and flooring. The final payment is due at handover when you sign the acceptance certificate. No full prepayment is required at any point.

Can the price increase after signing the contract?

No. The price is locked in the contract before renovation begins. Even if market material costs change, your total stays the same. The only scenario where the amount can change is if you request additional work not in the original estimate. Every such change requires a written change order that describes the extra work and its cost. No additional charges appear without your written approval. This mechanism protects you from surprise invoices and ensures full budget transparency throughout the project.
