KyivReno is a renovation team working across Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast since 2019. We only take on a whole apartment or a whole house, from the first site inspection to key handover: record the starting condition, prepare the estimate, plan the sequence of work, coordinate trades, and check quality on-site. A client does not only need a broad promise of turnkey renovation. They need to understand what will be done, what it will cost, and how the usual risks are controlled. That is why we work through 11 stages: inquiry, consultation, site visit, measurements, estimate, contract, material procurement, rough work, engineering systems, final finishing, and handover. For typical packages, prices start from 26,200 UAH/m² for Comfort, 37,200 UAH/m² for Premium and 17,900 UAH/m² for Standard. The package price covers labour and rough materials; finish materials and furniture are paid separately. The final amount depends on area, property condition, the materials you choose and the exact scope. In practice, we often work with apartments in new builds and residential complexes around Kyiv, including Teremky, Holosiiv, Lukianivka and Osokorky, as well as sites in the region such as Hatne. Every project has an assigned site supervisor who coordinates crews, checks concealed work before it is closed, follows the schedule, and records estimate changes. This reduces common renovation problems: unapproved extra charges, rework after utilities are hidden, delays caused by late material decisions, and blurred responsibility between separate contractors. After the first contact, we can visit the property for free, take measurements, and prepare a preliminary calculation. Within 3–5 days after the visit, the client receives an estimate and can compare work packages before signing the contract. The contract records the price, scope, stages, and a 1-year warranty on completed work.
