Every project has an assigned site supervisor who coordinates crews, checks concealed work before it is closed, follows the schedule, and records estimate changes. This reduces common renovation problems: unapproved extra charges, rework after utilities are hidden, delays caused by late material decisions, and blurred responsibility between separate contractors. After the first contact, we can visit the property for free, take measurements, and prepare a preliminary calculation. Within 3–5 days after the visit, the client receives an estimate and can compare work packages before signing the contract.
