Renovation pricing in 2026 starts at 17,900 UAH per square meter for the Standard package. Comfort begins at 26,200 UAH/m². Premium starts at 37,200 UAH/m². The per-square-meter price covers labor plus core materials: plaster, paint, waterproofing, screed, cable, pipes, and fasteners. Finish materials — tile, flooring, wallpaper, light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures — are chosen by you and listed separately in the estimate. A free site visit gives you an exact figure before you sign anything.

What is included in turnkey apartment renovation?

Turnkey renovation covers every phase from demolition to final cleaning. The process includes removing old finishes and partitions, running new electrical wiring with outlets and switches, and installing water supply and drainage pipes. Next comes floor screed, waterproofing in wet areas, and wall plastering. After drying, we lay tile, paint walls and ceilings, install suspended or stretch ceilings, and put down flooring. The final stage covers doors, baseboards, light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures. A dedicated site supervisor coordinates the entire sequence.

Can you live in the apartment during renovation?

We do not recommend living in the apartment during active renovation phases. Demolition, plastering, and screed work generate heavy dust and noise. Electrical and plumbing stages may leave the apartment temporarily without power or water. This is uncomfortable and unhealthy. We suggest staying with family, renting temporary housing, or using a short-term rental during rough work. During finishing stages — painting, door installation, fixture mounting — disruption is much lower. You can be present at that point if you coordinate with the site supervisor.
