Renovation pricing in 2026 starts at 17,900 UAH per square meter for the Standard package. Comfort begins at 26,200 UAH/m². Premium starts at 37,200 UAH/m². The rate includes all labour, rough construction materials, and the installation and application of decorative finishes. Finish materials and furniture are purchased separately. We prepare a detailed estimate within 3–5 days after inspection.

Turnkey renovation covers every phase from demolition to final cleaning. The process includes removing old finishes and partitions, running new electrical wiring with outlets and switches, and installing water supply and drainage pipes. Next comes floor screed, waterproofing in wet areas, and wall plastering. After drying, we lay tile, paint walls and ceilings, install suspended or stretch ceilings, and put down flooring. We do not recommend living in the apartment during active renovation phases. Demolition, plastering, and screed work generate heavy dust and noise. We suggest staying with family or renting temporary housing during rough work. During finishing stages — painting, door installation, fixture mounting — disruption is much lower. You may be able to stay in adjacent rooms if you agree it with the site supervisor.
