This page describes how KyivReno LLC ("we") collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."
What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect your name, phone number, and optional message. We also use Google Analytics 4, Google Analytics Advertising Features, Google Ads, and Cloudflare Turnstile for analytics, advertising measurement, and form protection.
Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to respond to renovation service requests. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.
Advertising measurement
We may store Google Ads click identifiers from ad landing URLs for conversion measurement. Your phone number is sent to Google Ads as user-provided data only after you explicitly select "Accept", and only as a normalized SHA-256 hash. We do not send the raw phone number for advertising.
Cookies
The site uses consent-choice to store your preference for 6 months and may use geo-country with a country code and the browser time zone. For the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and unrecognized regions, Google analytics and ads storage stay disabled until consent; for Ukraine they may be enabled for traffic and ad measurement. User-provided advertising data, including a phone hash, is sent to Google only after an explicit "Accept". You can opt out or change your choice through "Cookie settings" in the footer, the banner, by clearing browser cookies, Google ad settings (https://adssettings.google.com/), the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or the NAI opt-out (https://optout.networkadvertising.org/).
