45 m² Renovation in Ridny Residential Complex — Grey MDF

Full renovation of a 45 m² apartment in Ridny — a comfort-class brick new build in the village of Hatne, Kyiv Oblast. Ridny is built in solid double-brick masonry with polystyrene insulation. The general contractor is PALEKS-M, in business since 2007. The complex has individual gas heating with dual-circuit boilers, a gated territory with security and CCTV. The apartment was handed over in shell condition: bare concrete ceilings, plastered walls and rough wiring with no finishes. The project covered every zone — the kitchen-diner, the bedroom, the combined bathroom and the hallway. Demolition was minimal; the bulk of the work went into the rough stage: floor screed, wall levelling, and running electrical and plumbing lines with provision for an individual gas boiler. The kitchen was fitted with matte grey MDF lower fronts in a milled profile and upper sections in a light-oak film, a wood-effect chipboard worktop with an undermounted black granite sink and an induction hob. A full-height column with a routed groove in place of handles houses a built-in Samsung microwave and an oven. In the bathroom the walls are clad in 60×120 large-format porcelain in grey marble with a minimal joint, the floor is wood-effect vinyl, and there is a wall-hung toilet with a black flush plate and a Haier washing machine built into an oak-effect vanity. A Midea water heater was installed as a backup hot-water source alongside the gas boiler, and the bath screen is frameless glass. In the bedroom the accent panel beside the bed is dark-oak decorative MDF, with a split system and a sliding wardrobe combining oak-effect fronts and black gloss glass with internal lighting. The apartment was handed over with appliances connected, furniture installed and ready to move into.
