Full renovation of a 42 m² apartment in Optymisto Residential Complex — comfort-class in Hatne village, Kyiv Oblast. Optymisto RC was built by Inzhur BUD (formerly Smile Development) using monolithic frame technology, aerated block walls insulated with mineral wool, 2.7 m ceilings, and individual gas heating from a dual-circuit boiler. The apartment was received from the developer without finishing — bare concrete walls, floor screed, and basic utility rough-ins. Before work began, a layout plan was agreed upon dividing the space into a kitchen-living room, bedroom, bathroom, and hallway. Demolition was minimal — temporary structures were removed and surfaces were prepared for leveling. Walls were plastered, electrical wiring was routed with a high density of outlets at kitchen counter level, and a thermostat was installed for the underfloor heating system in the hallway. In the kitchen, a wall-mounted Bosch gas boiler was installed with heating and water supply pipe connections, and a steel panel radiator was placed beneath an accent wall. The floors in the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom are covered with large-format porcelain tiles imitating white marble with beige-brown veining; the bedroom features light-grey wood-effect laminate. The kitchen accent walls are clad in decorative loft-style tiles imitating terracotta clinker brick, the remaining walls are finished with "bark beetle" textured plaster in a beige tone, and the bedroom uses structured bark-texture wallpaper. The bathroom is fully tiled with large-format porcelain stoneware imitating creamy-beige onyx marble, fitted with a wall-hung toilet on a concealed cistern with a chrome flush button, a curbless shower zone with a linear drain and frameless tempered glass, a rainfall shower system, and a built-in washing machine beneath a heated towel rail. The bedroom features a white stretch ceiling, white MDF skirting boards, and a surface-mounted light fixture, with walls painted in a pastel pink-beige tone. The apartment was handed over with completed engineering systems, installed doors, and connected appliances — fully move-in ready.
