What house renovation includes
Renovating a private house covers a significantly broader scope of work than an apartment renovation. Beyond interior finishing, you need to account for exterior work, facade and roof insulation, and larger-scale engineering systems.
Interior work includes:
- Wall, ceiling, and floor leveling
- Floor coverings: tile, laminate, hardwood
- Electrical wiring and lighting across all floors
- Plumbing: water supply, sewage, boiler connection
- Heating system installation: radiators, underfloor heating, boiler equipment
- Finishing: painting, wallpaper, decorative plaster
Exterior work includes:
- Facade insulation (mineral wool, polystyrene)
- Facade finishing: plaster, clinker brick, siding
- Roof repair or replacement
- Blind area and drainage installation
- Window and entrance door installation or replacement
We coordinate every stage from design to final cleanup. You receive a move-in ready house at a fixed contract price.
How house renovation differs from apartment renovation
A house requires a different approach than an apartment. The key differences:
- Exterior work. In an apartment, the building association maintains the facade. In a house, insulation, facade finishing, and roofing fall on the owner.
- Insulation. A house loses heat through walls, roof, floor, and foundation. Quality insulation reduces heating costs by 40-60%.
- Roofing. Leaks, worn covering, missing vapor barriers. The roof often needs repair or full replacement.
- Larger area. A house of 150-250 m² requires more materials and a longer timeline.
- Independent heating. Gas or electric boiler, distribution across floors, underfloor heating. All designed individually for each house.
- Engineering utilities. Well or borehole, septic tank or central sewage connection, electrical panel for the entire building.
These differences affect the budget and timeline. That is why we always conduct an on-site inspection before preparing an estimate for a house.
How much does house renovation cost
The cost depends on the area, the condition of the house, and the chosen finishing level. We offer three packages:
- Standard from 17,900 UAH/m². Quality materials, functional finishing without excess. For a 150 m² house, the budget starts at 2,685,000 UAH.
- Comfort from 26,200 UAH/m². Upgraded materials, more sophisticated lighting and heating solutions. For a 150 m² house, from 3,930,000 UAH.
- Premium from 37,200 UAH/m². Designer materials, custom solutions, advanced engineering systems. For a 150 m² house, from 5,580,000 UAH.
Exterior work (facade insulation, roofing, blind area) is quoted separately after a site visit. The price is fixed in the contract before work begins.

Our house renovation projects

Do you work outside Kyiv city?
Yes. We work across the entire Kyiv Oblast: Brovary, Irpin, Bucha, Vyshneve, Boryspil, and other towns. On-site inspection and measurement are free of charge.
Is exterior work included in the price?
Exterior work (insulation, facade, roofing) is quoted separately. The scope and cost are determined after an on-site inspection, when we can assess the actual condition of the structures. Everything is documented in a single contract.
How long does house renovation take?
A full house renovation with interior and exterior work takes from 6 months. The exact timeline depends on the area, scope of work, and complexity of engineering systems. The schedule is fixed in the contract.
Can you renovate while we live in the house?
Yes, this is possible. We can work in stages, room by room, so that part of the house remains livable. This extends the overall timeline but allows you to stay in the house during renovation.
