Stage sequence: demolition and preparation (1-2 weeks), engineering systems including electrical and plumbing (2-3 weeks), rough work including plastering, screed, and waterproofing (2-4 weeks), tiling (1-3 weeks), finishing: painting, wallpaper, flooring, ceiling (2-4 weeks), installation of doors, lighting, plumbing fixtures, furniture and appliances (1-2 weeks), cleanup and handover.
