Fayna Town is a comfort-class residential complex in Kyiv, built by KAN Development at 2V Saliutna St. in Shevchenkivskyi District, in the Nyvky area. The complex occupies an entire quarter of around 40 hectares and is built with low-rise buildings ranging from 4 to 9 floors using monolithic-frame technology. The project comprises dozens of buildings, several of which are already commissioned: the first buildings were delivered in 2019 and subsequent phases were completed in 2021. The grounds are taking shape with internal infrastructure including kindergartens, a school, walking areas and commercial premises, with the renovated Veselka park nearby. The Nyvky and Sviatoshyn metro stations are a 20 to 25 minute walk away.
