Comfort Town is a comfort-class residential complex in Kyiv, built by KAN Development at 4 Reheneratorna St. in Dniprovskyi District (Sotsmisto neighbourhood). The roughly 40-hectare quarter was built using monolithic-frame technology; the buildings vary in height from 6 to 16 floors and are known for their bright multicoloured facades in a Scandinavian style. The first buildings were commissioned in 2010 and the final phase was delivered in 2020; the project totals around 24 buildings and about 7,000 apartments. The grounds include a school, kindergartens, sports and children's playgrounds, retail and service premises. Major Left Bank transport routes run nearby, and the Darnytsia and Livoberezhna metro stations are a few kilometres away.
