How much does machine plastering in Kyiv cost?

The final cost is formed individually after inspection. It depends on the area, substrate type (concrete, brick, aerated block), existing wall deviation, preparation level (Q3 or Q4), and whether screed is included. We provide free site measurements and deliver a precise, final estimate within 48 hours.

What's the difference between Q3 and Q4?

Q3 is quality preparation for wallpaper, tile, and matte paints under normal lighting. Q4 is the benchmark level for paint and semi-gloss coatings under raking (side-angle) light, where any unevenness casts a shadow. Q4 requires additional putty coats and sanding, full-area fiberglass mesh reinforcement, and straight-edge control with ≤ 1 mm per metre tolerance.

How long does apartment plastering take?

For a standard 40–60 m² apartment, machine plastering of walls and ceilings takes 5–8 working days. The surface then dries for another 10–14 days depending on coat thickness and room humidity. Floor screed adds 2–3 working days plus 28 days of natural strength gain before laying the final flooring.

Can I order just plastering without renovating the whole apartment?

Yes. Plastering is a separate, standalone direction of our business. The main condition is that the scope must cover the entire apartment or at least one full level (all walls and ceilings), so we can guarantee the geometry and align planes between rooms.

Is an official contract signed for plastering work?

Mandatory. We are an officially registered LLC. A legally binding contract is signed with every client, clearly stating the cost of work, preparation grade (Q3 or Q4), acceptable geometry tolerances, timelines, and warranty obligations — 1 year on plaster and screed.
